Cahill represented the lead arrangers and administrative agent in connection with a $430,000,000 Term B first lien credit facility, $40,000,000 revolving credit facility and $130 Term B second lien credit facility for Lighthouse Network, LLC, a technology services company. Proceeds from the offering are expected to be used for an acquisition by the borrower and to refinance existing indebtedness.
