Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers and Administrative Agent in $1.25 Billion Credit Facilities for Delphi Powertrain Corporation and Delphi Technologies PLC

Cahill represented the lead arrangers and the administrative agent in connection with a $750,000,000 Term A credit facility and a $500,000,000 revolving credit facility for Delphi Powertrain Corporation and Delphi Technologies PLC (formerly known as Delphi Jersey Holdings PLC). Proceeds from the Term A credit facility drawn on the closing date will be used, together with the proceeds of the concurrent senior notes offering, to finance a distribution by the Parent to Delphi Automotive PLC in connection with a spin-off of Delphi’s powertrain division to the Parent, for general corporate purposes and the fees and expenses related thereto.
