Cahill represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as lead arranger and administrative agent, and the other arrangers in connection with a $1,785,000,000 Term B incremental credit facility for Aramark Services, Inc. Proceeds from the offering were used to finance an acquisition and to repay certain existing indebtedness.
