Cahill Represents Administrative Agent in Exit Credit Facility for 21st Century Oncology, Inc.

Cahill represented Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc., as administrative and collateral agent, and as a lender, in connection with 21st Century Oncology’s approximately $520 million exit credit facility that allowed it to consummate its confirmed Chapter 11 plan of reorganization and conclude its bankruptcy cases that were pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (Drain, J.). Cahill had previously represented Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc., in the same roles in connection with 21st Century Oncology’s post-petition DIP facility, which was used to fund its bankruptcy cases, and its pre-petition credit facility. 21st Century Oncology is a leading global, physician-led provider of integrated cancer care services
