Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Credit Facilities for Concentra Inc.

Cahill represented the lead arrangers, bookrunners and administrative agent in connection with an amended $1,174,174,890 first lien Term B credit facility as well as JPMorgan Chase Bank as lead arranger and bookrunner and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as administrative agent in connection with a $240,000,000 second lien credit facility for Concentra Inc., a national health care company. Proceeds from the offering were to be used for to finance the combination of Concentra with U.S. Healthworks, Inc., for the refinancing of existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
