Cahill represented the underwriter in connection with a secondary offering of 19,500,000 common shares in Norwegian Cruise Line (NCLH: NYSE) by Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., resulting in gross proceeds of $1,088,100,000 to the selling shareholders. Norwegian did not sell any ordinary shares in the offering and did not receive any proceeds from the offering. In connection with the offering, Norwegian repurchased 4,722,312 ordinary shares from the underwriters.
