Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $335,000,000 Term B credit facility and a CAN$150,000,000 revolving credit facility for Gateway Casinos Entertainment Limited, one of the largest gaming and entertainment operators in Canada. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing debt, to pay a dividend and for general corporate purposes.
