Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in $360 Million Notes Offering for Iridium Communications Inc.

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $360,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 10.250% senior notes due 2023 by Iridium Communications Inc., which operates the Iridium satellite constellation, a system of 66 active satellites used for worldwide voice and data communication from hand-held satellite phones and other transceiver units. Proceeds from the offering will be used to make payments relating to existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
