Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a term loan and revolving credit facilities for Hornblower and American Queen. Hornblower Cruises is a San Francisco-based charter yacht, dining cruise and ferry company serving seven California cities and New York City. Among other operations it operates ferries to Alcatraz and the Statute of Liberty. American Queen is a provider of luxury river cruises throughout the United States. Proceeds from the offering were used to finance the acquisition of the company by Crestview Advisors L.L.C.
