Cahill represented the lead arrangers and administrative agent in connection with a $400,000,000 Term Loan B credit facility and a concurrent $100,000,000 asset based revolving credit facility for Interior Logic Group Holdings IV, LLC. Proceeds from the facility were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for the joint venture between Interior Logic Group, a Platinum Equity portfolio company and Interior Specialists, a Littlejohn portfolio company.
