Cahill represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent, and the lead arrangers in connection with a $600,000,000 364-day revolving credit facility for E*TRADE Securities LLC, a financial services company. Proceeds from the offering were used for general corporate purposes, funding needs resulting from Exchange Act Rule 15c3-3 timing differences, and NSCC and other clearing agency margin deposits.
