Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $525 Million Credit Facilities for Nomad Buyer, Inc.

Cahill represented the lead arrangers and administrative agent in connection with a $425,000,000 Term B credit facility and a $100,000,000 revolving credit facility for Nomad Buyer, Inc. which funded, in part, the acquisition of approximately a 55% ownership stake in NaviHealth Holdings, LLC by CD&R-managed funds, while Cardinal Health retained approximately a 45% interest in the business.
