Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amended and restated $680,000,000 Term A credit facility and an amended and restated $500,000,000 revolving credit facility for Genpact International, Inc., Genpact Luxembourg S.a. r.l. and GenPact Global Holdings (Bermuda) Limited, a subsidiary of Genpact Limited – a professional services firm. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
