Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of €425,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.50% senior notes due 2023 by eDreams ODIGEO S.A., a leading worldwide online travel group. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
