Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of $750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.25% senior secured notes due 2027 by International Game Technology PLC, a multinational gaming company that produces slot machines and other gaming technology. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
