Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $1,300,000,000 Term B credit facility, $260,000,000 second lien term loan facility and a $125,000,000 revolving credit facility for Rocket Software, Inc., a leading global infrastructure software provider. Proceeds from the credit facilities were used in connection with the acquisition of a majority stake in Rocket Software by Bain Capital Private Equity.
