Cahill represented the underwriter in connection with a secondary public offering of 18,877,089 of ordinary shares of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NCLH: NYSE), resulting in proceeds of $953,292,994.50 to the selling shareholders. Norwegian did not sell any ordinary shares in the offering and did not receive any of the proceeds from the offering. In connection with the offering, Norwegian purchased 1,683,168 ordinary shares from the underwriter.
