Cahill represented the Bank of America as lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with an amendment to MGM Resorts International’s existing senior credit facilities to increase its term loan A facility to $750,000,000 and increase its revolving credit facility to $1,500,000,000. Proceeds from the increased facilities were used to refinance existing indebtedness. MGM Resorts International is an American global hospitality and entertainment company operating destination resorts.
