Cahill represented the lead arranger in connection with an incremental term loan for Hubbard Radio, LLC, an American radio broadcasting corporation. Proceeds from the facility will be used for general corporate purposes and to fund the purchase of six radio stations in the West Palm Beach, Florida market from Alpha Media LLC.
