Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a public offering of $300,0000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.350% senior notes due 2029 and $350,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.400% senior notes due 2049 by Aptiv PLC, a global technology and mobility company primarily serving the automotive sector. Proceeds from the offerings were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
