Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $2.225 Billion Credit Facilities for AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc.

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment providing for a $2,000,000,000 term loan B credit facility and a $225 million revolving credit facility for AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc., the world’s largest movie theatre company. Proceeds from the credit facilities were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
