Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with an offering of 4,000,000 shares of UMH Properties, Inc.’s 6.75% Series C Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (NYSE: UMH PRC) at an offering price of $25.00 per share, resulting in net proceeds of approximately $96.6 million. The closing included 400,000 shares of Series C Preferred Stock that were purchased by the underwriters pursuant to the exercise in full of their overallotment option.
