Stephen J. Gordon

Steve represents debtors and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and other restructuring situations. He has extensive experience in Chapter 11 cases, especially in the area of confirming plans of reorganization and section 363 sales, and in advising on securitizations, real estate, and related financing transactions. He also has significant experience in advising large pharmaceutical and other technology companies in the bankruptcy-implications of structuring licensing and similar transactions with start-up companies.

Steve has represented Mediq Incorporated; Allied Digital Technologies Corp.; O'Sullivan Industries, Inc.; IKS Corporation; Penn Specialty Chemicals, Inc.; Complete Retreats, LLC (d/b/a Tanner & Haley Resorts); Aurora Oil & Gas Corporation; BH S&B Holdings LLC (d/b/a Steve & Barry's); Galey & Lord, Inc.; Bayou Group, LLC; Anvil Knitwear, Inc.; Texfi Industries, Inc.; and Pro Rhythm, Inc., as debtors in Chapter 11 proceedings. He has also represented purchasers of assets in the Polaroid Corporation; Condor Systems, Inc.; Solutia Inc.; Kara Homes, Inc.; and Chevy's, Inc. Chapter 11 cases, among others.
