Antitrust Counsel

We are seeking an Antitrust Counsel for a position in Cahill Gordon and Reindel’s New York office. Candidates should have at least seven years of experience in a wide range of antitrust matters, advising and representing clients on mergers and acquisitions, complex antitrust litigation, government investigations, financing transactions with the potential for antitrust risk, and antitrust compliance.

Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills, a strong academic background and be admitted to the New York Bar.

Compensation: The anticipated salary range we expect to pay for this position is: $400,000 to $550,000 including bonus.

This is an excellent opportunity to join Cahill’s antitrust practice. Our lawyers handle a comprehensive range of antitrust and competition matters, from M&A and other strategic transactions to investigations and class action litigation. We interface regularly and effectively with our corporate colleagues and many of our antitrust assignments are handled by lawyers who also manage general counseling and litigation matters. Knowledge Management Specialist

We are seeking an attorney for a Knowledge Management Specialist position in Cahill’s New York office for our leveraged finance practice group. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in leveraged finance, with substantial exposure to high yield bond financings, term loan financings and/or debt financing commitment papers. This Specialist will work to summarize and track key terms of completed transactions, as well as track and provide timely communication on evolving market trends.

Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills, a strong academic background and be admitted to the New York Bar.

Schedule: 40 hours per week maximum fixed schedule or flexible schedule. Flex-time also available.

Compensation: The anticipated salary/range we expect to pay for this position is: $200,000 to $300,000
