- Representation of initial purchasers in a $1.5 billion Rule 144A debt offering for MGM Mirage.
- Representation of Bank of America, Citibank, JP Morgan and Merrill Lynch in connection with $16.8 billion of bank financing for the acquisition of HCA, Inc. by a sponsor consortium.
- Representation of NBC Sports in a variety of transactions, including
the negotiation of the U.S. broadcast rights for ten different Olympic
Games.
- Representation of Bank of America and JP Morgan Chase Bank in providing $3.5 billion of bank financing commitments for the acquisition of OMX AB by NASDAQ Stock Market, Inc.
- Representation of Bank of America and other lenders in providing $9.0 billion of bank financing commitments for the acquisition of Harrah's Entertainment Inc. by affiliates of Apollo Management, L.P. and Texas Pacific Group.
