Angela F. Collins

SENIOR ATTORNEY

Angela F. Collins represents competitive local exchange carriers (CLECs), Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) service providers, information service providers, wireless providers, and cable companies in aspects of their business such as the negotiation of interconnection agreements, regulatory compliance, and broadband issues. She has served as regulatory counsel in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. She represents clients in connection with matters before the Federal Communications Commission, state agencies, and state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Cahill, Angela was an associate for eight years in the DC office of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky & Popeo, P.C.  During law school, Angela was a law clerk in the Federal Law and Public Policy division of MCI WorldCom, Inc., a legal intern for Commissioner Harold Furchtgott-Roth of the Federal Communications Commission, and an intern in the Legal & Regulatory Affairs Department of the National Association of Broadcasters.
