Craig's practice is principally focused on mergers and acquisitions, strategic joint ventures, investment funds, financings, international tax planning and tax issues related to real estate investment trusts.
Craig regularly provides tax advice to many leading investment banks and commercial banks with respect to leveraged acquisitions and securities offerings, and is a tax advisor to a number of public companies including General Electric Company, 1-800-Flowers, Icon PLC, XL Capital and XOMA Ltd.
Craig became a partner in 1999.
