Cahill Represents Underwriters in $700 Million Public Offering by Springleaf

Cahill represented BofA Merrill Lynch and Citigroup as joint book-running managers and Barclays, Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, and Jefferies as co-managers in connection with the public offering of $700,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.25% Senior Notes due 2019 by Springleaf Finance Corporation, a leading consumer finance company. Proceeds from the offering will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
