Cahill is representing Deutsche Bank AG in the bond financing associated with the purchase of aluminum-products maker and recycler Aleris Coropration by Texas Pacific Group.
Aleris' board has approved the deal. Pending regulatory and other approvals, Aleris sees the acquisition closing late this year.
