Cahill Represents Bank Financing Sources in the $1.35 Billion Buyout of Coinmach Service Corp.

Cahill represented Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, RBS Securities Corporation and The Royal Bank of Scotland plc in the execution of $825 million in credit facilities to fund, in part, the buyout of Coinmach Service Corp. by Babcock & Brown. The transaction is valued at approximately $1.35 billion.
