Cahill Represents Citigroup in Amendment and Restatement of Credit Facility for Wendy's/Arby's

Cahill represented Citicorp North America, Inc. as Administrative Agent and as Collateral Agent, in connection with an amendment and restatement of the existing credit facility for Arby's Restaurant Holdings, LLC and Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc. that, among other things, added Wendy's International Holdings, LLC and its subsidiaries as additional obligors.
