Cahill Represents Underwriters in $300 Million Public Offering by Jarden Corporation

Cahill represented Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., J.P.Morgan Securities Inc., Barclays Capital Inc., SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc., Macquarie Capital (USA) Inc. as underwriters in consumer products provider Jarden Corporation's $300,000,000 offering of its 8.0% Senior Notes due 2016. The net proceeds from the sale of the Notes will be used to repay a portion of Jarden's term loans under its senior secured credit facility.
