Cahill represented JP Morgan Securities Inc. as sole book-running manager and the other underwriters in connection with an offering by ATP Gas & Oil Corporation (NASDAQ:ATPG) of 8,750,000 shares of its common stock, with gross proceeds of approximately $72.2 million.
