FelCor Lodging Completes $636 Million Rule 144A Offering and Tender Offer

Cahill represented the initial purchasers including J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., Banc of America Securities LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. and UBS Securities LLC in a Rule 144A Offering of $636,000,000 10% Senior Secured Notes due 2014 by FelCor Lodging Limited Partnership and the related tender offers and consent solicitations to purchase $300 million in aggregate principal amount of FelCor's 8.5% senior notes due 2011 and all $215 million in aggregate principal amount of FelCor’s senior secured floating rate notes due 2011.
