Cahill represented UBS, Well Fargo and RBS as arrangers in connection with a $350,000,000 credit agreement for LDH Energy Asset Holdings II LLC the proceeds of which were used to repay intercompany indebtedness to parent entities, to return capital and for general corporate purposes.
