Norcraft Completes $180 Million Rule 144A/Reg S Offering

Cahill represented UBS Securities LLC and Jefferies & Company, Inc. as initial purchasers in the $180,000,000 Rule 144A offering, by kitchen and bath cabinet manufacturer Norcraft Companies, L.P., of its 10 1/2% Senior Secured Second Lien Notes due 2015.
