Targa Completes $600 Million Credit Facility and Tender Offer

Cahill represented Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as administrative agent, and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., as lead arranger, in connection with a $600,000,000 Credit Facility comprised of a $100,000,000 Revolving Facility and $500,000,000 Term Loan to Targa Resources, Inc. Cahill also represented Citadel Securities LLC in connection with a tender offer for $250,000,000 of 8 1/2% Senior Notes due 2013.
