Cahill Represents Financing Sources in Acquisition of MultiPlan, Inc. by BC Partners and Silver Lake Partners

Cahill represented Barclays Bank PLC as Administrative Agent in connection with the $1.375 billion of senior secured credit facilities to partially finance the acquisition of MultiPlan, Inc. by BC Partners and Silver Lake Partners.

Cahill also represented Banc of America Securities LLC, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Barclays Capital Inc. as joint book-running managers in the Rule 144A/Reg S Offering of $675,000,000 9 7/8% Senior Notes due 2018 by MultiPlan, Inc. also to partially fund the acquisition.
