Jonathan I. Mark is a member of Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP's corporate practice group.
Jon represents issuers and investment banks in public and private financing transactions. Jon's practice has also included advising on Investment Company Act and Investment Advisers Act matters. He has also advised on broker-dealer compliance matters including representing a number of small firms through the broker-dealer registration process. In addition, Jon serves as independent outside counsel to independent directors and Audit Committees of several public companies.
Jon became a partner in 1982.
