Corporate Attorney – Banking & Finance
We are seeking an attorney for a unique Banking & Finance position that includes a long-term client secondment. Candidates should have at least five (5) years of private practice experience representing investment banks in sophisticated banking and finance transactions.
Ideal candidates will have outstanding credentials in the leveraged finance market, including significant experience with leveraged loans, syndicated lending, and private credit transactions. We are particularly interested in candidates with prior client secondment experience. Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills, outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, a strong academic background, and be admitted to the New York Bar.
This position will involve a long-term secondment with a leading financial institution while remaining employed by Cahill. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience representing investment banks in complex banking and finance transactions and will be comfortable serving as a trusted advisor to one of the firm's leading financial institution clients.
Location: New York (In Person)
Compensation: The expected annual base salary for this position is $375,000. In addition, the successful candidate will be eligible for a $25,000 annual bonus, subject to the terms of the Firm's bonus program.

Corporate Mid-Level – Private Credit
We are seeking attorneys for associate positions in Cahill Gordon & Reindel’s New York office for our Private Credit practice group. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in corporate work, with substantial exposure to private credit transactions including with direct lenders, private credit funds, and other institutional investors and investment banks in corporate finance transactions, leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings and recapitalization transactions.
Preferred candidates will have experience in structuring and executing traditional first lien, unitranche, stretch senior, second lien and subordinated loan transactions, structured equity investments, including non-traditional preferred stock financings, and equity co-investments.
Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills, a strong academic background and be admitted to the New York Bar.

Compensation: The anticipated salary we expect to pay to associates is as follows:
Fourth-year associates: $310,000
Fifth-year associates: $365,000
Sixth-year associates: $390,000
