We are seeking an attorney with three to five years of experience in corporate work in the area of middle market direct lending and related equity co-investments for an opportunity in Cahill’s New York office.

Cahill is seeking a mid-level or senior associate with a minimum of four years of experience to join the Uniform Commercial Code and Secured Transactions practice (within the Corporate Department) to specialize in reviewing collateral aspects of financing documents and intercreditor agreements. Cahill seeks an attorney with one to two years of experience with intellectual property laws in support of a corporate transactional practice in our New York office. Our transactional practice includes acquisitions, dispositions, financings of all kinds (capital markets and lending) and licensing.

Candidates should also be able to work independently on first drafts of various common transaction documents, and be able to provide precedent based reviews of transaction documents to advise deal teams of potential considerations.
