We are seeking attorneys for counsel positions in Cahill’s New York office for our leveraged finance practice group. Candidates should have at least seven years of experience in corporate work, with substantial exposure to capital markets and/or bank lending transactions. Experience in acquisition finance and related commitment processes is preferable.

We are seeking an attorney with three to five years of experience in corporate work in the area of middle market direct lending and related equity co-investments for an opportunity in Cahill’s New York office.

Preferred candidates will have experience in representing direct lending and other private debt investors in unitranche, stretch senior, second lien and mezzanine financing transactions as well as preferred equity financings and common equity co-investments.

Cahill is seeking a senior associate or counsel with a minimum of fours years of experience to join the Uniform Commercial Code and Secured Transactions practice (within the Corporate Department) to specialize in reviewing collateral aspects of financing documents and intercreditor agreements.
