On Tuesday, January 24th, Kathy Strom was a panelist at the American Conference Institute's National Forum on AML and OFAC Compliance for the Insurance Industry. The panel was entitled Going Beyond OFAC Screening: What Insurance and Reinsurance Companies Must Do To Avoid Sanctions and Ensure Compliance. Kathy was joined by Frank R. Bria of General Reinsurance Corp., Martin Feuer of Zurich Financial Services, Susan T. Stead of Nelson Levine de Luca & Horst and David C. Butman of Locke Lord LLP.
