Susan Buckley Speaks on Winning Cases in Federal Court Panel

On Thursday July 12th and Thursday, July 19th, Cahill's senior counsel Susan Buckley spoke on the Continuing Legal Education Institute's panel, "Winning Cases in Federal Court". This two-day panel discussed the latest issues involved in federal court practice and what you need to know to practice in federal court. The first evening of the program concentrated on trial, while the second focused on discovery, depositions and experts.
The panel were chaired by Joel M. Silverstein of Stern & Kilcullen LLC and The Honorable Sidney Stein of the Southern District of New York.
