On November 17, Commercial Litigation Co-Chair Edward Moss spoke on the “Economic Concepts in the Litigation Context” panel during Practicing Law Institute’s (PLI) Pocket MBA 2023 program. The panel discussed the practical application of economic concepts in disputes, how financial experts analyze and evaluate economic data to prove economic damages, how economics is relevant to certain financial disputes, and how to estimate commercial damages using economic tools and quantitative techniques.
