Cahill partner Gary Kalbaugh will moderate the New York City Bar CLE program, “Predicting the Future:” The State of Event Contracts and Prediction Markets in 2026,” on April 22.

As the CFTC sues states to defend its exclusive jurisdiction over prediction markets and courts nationwide grapple with how event contracts should be regulated, Gary will lead a roundtable with the general counsels of Kalshi and Underdog Fantasy and other leading practitioners on the legal and regulatory forces reshaping this multibillion-dollar industry.
