Joel Moss to Speak at 9fin Distressed Debt Breakfast Discussion

Cahill partner and Chair of the firm's Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice, Joel Moss, will participate in a 9fin breakfast discussion titled “The Other Shoe: Navigating Distress in a Market That Refuses to Break.”

Hosted under the Chatham House Rule, the discussion will explore why the long-anticipated wave of defaults has yet to arrive despite record levels of speculative-grade debt and increasing market stress. Panelists will also discuss how firms are building the legal, operational, and analytical infrastructure needed to handle middle-market restructuring at scale, and whether current macroeconomic conditions may make this cycle different.

Joel will be joined by fellow panelists Mark Buschmann (Ensis Partners) and Mark Hootnick (Independent Director). The discussion will be facilitated by members of the 9fin team.
