Edward O’Callaghan and Sean Tonolli to Speak at Annual Conference on FCPA and Global Anti-Corruption
December 10–11, 2026
Cahill partner and co-chair of the firm’s White Collar Defense & Investigations practice Edward O’Callaghan and partner Sean Tonolli will each speak on a panel at the 43rd Annual Conference on FCPA and Global Anti-Corruption, hosted by the American Conference Institute (ACI).
Ed’s panel, “The Unified CEP in Action,” will examine the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) new Corporate Enforcement Policy (CEP). Ed will offer insights on whether the benefits of the CEP, including self-disclosure, cooperation, and remediation, have been realized. Panelists will also discuss future developments in enforcement and disclosure strategies as the DOJ continues to implement the CEP.
Sean will speak on the panel “Internal Investigations in an Era of Individual Accountability,” discussing best practices for private companies conducting internal investigations. Panelists will also discuss disclosure obligations and the challenges of maintaining investigative integrity as the DOJ stresses individual accountability.
ACI’s Annual Conference on FCPA and Global Anti-Corruption convenes public officials, in-house compliance specialists, and leading legal practitioners to discuss recent developments across the global regulatory landscape.
