Cahill Teams with the Lawyers Alliance for New York
New Pro Bono Initiative to Assist Community Service Organizations in New York

Cahill has initiated a pro bono advocacy partnership with the Lawyers Alliance for New York to help meet the business and transactional legal needs of community organizations whose programs provide affordable housing, stimulate economic development, promote community arts and deliver other vital services to children, youth, the elderly and other New Yorkers in need.
Also through the partnership, Cahill lawyers provide legal counsel to clients of the Lawyers Alliance on projects that involve corporate structure and board governance, taxation and regulatory compliance, real estate, employment, intellectual property and other business and transactional law matters that are fundamental to their operations.
