Cahill Represents Bank of America, N.A. and Others in Add On and Repricing of Multiplan's $835 Million Financing

Cahill represented Bank of America, N.A. and others in syndicated loan transactions comprised of repricing on an original Term Loan of $425 million, and execution of a new $360 millionTerm Loan C Facility. The funds were used by Multiplan Inc. to fund its merger with Private Healthcare Systems (PHCS),  adding the country's largest independent primary PPO network to Multiplan's suite of medical networks.
