Cahill Advises Hawkeye LLC in Sale to InfrastruX Group Inc.

InfrastruX Group Inc., a portfolio company of Tenaska Power Fund, LP, announced that it has bought Hawkeye LLC and its related companies from its founder William Haugland. Hawkeye LLC is a provider of construction and maintenance services to utilities in the Northeast and mid-Atlantic regions.
